What’s up! This is Molly.

I’m a storyteller.

I’ve always been drawn to stories. I started college as a theatre major because I love taking something messy or hard to explain and turning it into a narrative that helps people see it differently.

I’m a systems thinker.

I like connecting dots and looking at how things work together. I like working with markets because they clearly show which ideas work, which don’t, and which can grow in the real world.

I’m a problem solver.

I like starting from uncertainty, asking better questions, and narrowing things down until something clicks.

I’m a risk navigator.

I love extreme sports! Skiing, rock climbing, surfskating...anything that forces full attention. I enjoy extreme sports because they teach me to take risks while preparing for what could go wrong.

I’m a world explorer, searching for my sukha.

Travel helps me feel grounded and open at the same time (as I'm continuously search for my sukha). I love seeing how people live, how they think, and how culture shapes what feels possible or impossible.

I’m a service learner.

I care about education, especially for girls. Growing up in China where boys were often valued over girls shaped my belief that talent is everywhere, but access is not. That belief led me to found Spotlaw, a theatre-based legal education project that uses storytelling and performance to help students understand the law, question dominant narratives, and recognize their rights.
